Here is a short video my friend Abby from This Old Blog put together for me. If you don't realize it, she is the reason this video is so professionally put together; I did everything in my power to make it stink, but she is very good.

Wow! That is amazing that such a simple boil and ice shock will get rid of the "stinging" acid. I think I will make a nettle, bacon & cheese quiche! Yum! And I love all the nutrients we get from the nettles... for free (foraging rocks!). Josh, I love you. Abby, thanks for the great video production. Great talent all around.
