I'm hoping to add some good content to Agrarianista over the next week or so. Topics include a short guide to edible and useful foraging plants (of California's marginal lands), a slightly more comprehensive corner on current and upcoming seasons, and possibly advertisements.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
And yes, I fully plan to have more pictures, and videos should make a comeback here soon, too.

How about recipes preserving all the fruits of the harvest?
A good tomato chutney, a branston style Pickle (lovely with cheese), a Picallili (bet I spelt that wrong) to use up the cauliflower and onions.
Since you are a keen fisherman, how about recipes for Matjes Filet, pickled oily fish, roll mops?
A decent tomato ketchup, basic pickled onions.
Mango chutney?
Any way to make Catfish taste nice?
I have tried following on line recipes and balls it up every time.
Tomato chutney? That sounds like quite a challenge, especially considering that, while I can't eat tomatoes (the acid rips my mouth apart), I love chutney (go figure), and my wife loves tomatoes and my latest green walnut chutney, but doesn't like any food too spicy (weirdest Nicaraguan I've ever met).
I would love some of the recipes you've named for fish. And, I can pickle stuff, and love it, too.
As for catfish, my only advice is that, if it's turning out bad tasting, it's probably the river. Take 'em home and feed 'em worms and maybe corn in a clear pond (if your town treats its water with chlorine, let it set out in the Sun for two days before putting fish in it). Our cats really take to a full fry with a coat of wheat flour and medium ground corn flour. The oil is hot enough when it spits back at you when you spit in it...
