In making tzatziki for Hank and Holly's Big Fat Greek Party, Hank instructed me to squeeze my homemade yogurt, to get a thicker, tzatziki consistency. And, though I did so, I was loathe to lose all that good stuff (Hank noted, correctly, that I must have never worked in a restaurant before - well, I bussed tables once, but he's right, really).
So, I didn't lose it. I put it back into the milk bottle, and night-before-last, I cooked the pasta in it.
